Looking for a Voice AI expert - Project Basis

Hey everyone,

I’ve landed a medical clinic client and I’m building an AI voice receptionist for them. I’m looking for a strong technical builder to collaborate with me on this project.

Stack: Vapi or Retell AI + n8n

Use case: inbound calls, appointment booking and management, calendar sync, basic clinic questions, transferring the call.

The clinic uses a single practice management system for patients, appointments, and scheduling. The agent must integrate cleanly with that system and handle real call traffic.

Important context:

We’ll work together and I’ll handle a good portion of the work
The focus is clean integration, edge cases, and reliability

I’m looking for someone who:

Has built AI voice agents for real businesses (not just demos), or at least has deep knowledge and confidence
Is solid with integrations, workflows, APIs, calendars, clinic software, RAG
Can think through edge cases and suggest practical solutions

Compensation:

Project-based payment (open to discussing a fair range upfront)

This is paid only if the client likes the agent after the 1-week free pilot and agrees to move forward.

This is my first client, so I’m running a free setup + 1-week pilot for them

This is my first client, but I already have more leads and referral potential

If things go well, I’m looking for a long-term technical collaborator
