Looking for a U.S Partner who wants pasive income

Hey Skool, I have developed a healthcare software platform and CLOSE SOME CLIENTS also, right now am looking for a partner who can help in U.S. healthcare regulations and certifications.

The software is built and ready for the next phase, but I need someone who can help navigate and complete the required certification and compliance processes, including areas such as:

ONC Health IT Certification
CHPL product listing
HIPAA Privacy & Security compliance
FHIR API / USCDI interoperability validation
CMS interoperability requirements
SOC 2 / HITRUST (if needed)
FDA regulatory guidance (if applicable)

I'm not looking for someone to build the software from scratch—the product is already developed. I'm looking for a partner who can get us certifications and other requirements and gets the profit margin as a passive side income,
