Seeking Systems Engineer for AI Automation Agency – 50/50 Revenue Partnership
I’m looking for a talented and ambitious Systems Engineer to join me in building innovative AI automation solutions for a fast growing, untapped, and high ticket industry. This is a unique 50/50 revenue-sharing partnership (specific to the AI system) — an opportunity to collaborate with a driven entrepreneur while building cutting-edge technology tailored to an untapped market.
About the Role:
As the Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing AI automation systems tailored to this niche. Your expertise will help solve key operational and marketing challenges within this niche. While I focus on marketing, sales, and relationship building, you will take ownership of system architecture, development, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement AI automation systems using LLM models and industry best practices, including MCP and RAG.
• Integrate tools such as GoHighLevel, Airtable, Zapier, and other platforms essential for automation.
• Continuously research and apply the latest advancements in the AI space to keep our solutions competitive.
• Collaborate on product development to meet the specific needs and pain points of our target market.
About Me:
I bring over 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, primarily in high-ticket sales (products/services over $10K). I founded a successful digital marketing agency in 2018 and sold it in 2023. After taking some time off, I’m eager to return to the business world — this time focusing on AI automation solutions for businesses. I’ve identified a high-potential, underserved market and have conducted extensive research on the industry’s key challenges and how automation can solve them.
What I’m Looking For:
• Experience: A few years of hands-on experience in AI automation and system engineering.
• Growth Mindset: Someone who is continuously learning and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise with LLMs, MCP, RAG, GoHighLevel, Airtable, Zapier, and similar tools.
• Communication: Fluent English speaker, ideally works in North American timezone (preferred but not required).
• Fast-Paced Execution: I need someone who can move quickly — we have the research and strategy ready to implement.
Partnership Structure:
• 50/50 Revenue Split on sales generated from the AI system.
• No Equity or Company Shares — this is a revenue-based partnership for the product only.
• 10% of Revenue (from both parties) allocated to marketing and team-building to scale the business.
• Legally Binding Contract with clear contingencies for production and accountability — this is a serious business arrangement, not a handshake deal.
