Lead Validating agent

Here is a simple agent I built to help with my cold outreach. It saves me 1–2 hours every day.

What it does:

It validates my leads by checking their website status.
If the website is active, it crawls the site and scrapes key data.
The AI agent node then uses that data to generate all the important information I need to know about the company and populates it into a Google Sheet.
I can then use this information to hyper-personalize my cold emails, which increases both open and reply rates.

Currently, the emails are being sent manually. I plan to automate the entire process once my domain reputation improves, so I can safely send at least 50 emails per day.
