We're expanding our content team to scale our AI educational and technical video content creation across YouTube and other short form platforms.
The Role:
We're seeking a Content Manager to oversee our video content production pipeline from concept to publication. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple team members while maintaining high-quality output at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Management: Ensure 5-7 videos are completed and published weekly, maintaining quality standards and meeting all deadlines
- Team Coordination: Direct and synchronize our content team (developer for building out N8N templates, script writer, editors, and thumbnail designer) to execute the content calendar
- Quality Control: Review and approve scripts, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and final video edits before they reach the executive level
- Video Strategy: Collaborate on content strategy, brainstorm new video ideas, and maintain our content pipeline
- AI Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of the latest AI industry news, tools, and developments to inform timely content creation
- Process Optimization: Refine our existing content production systems and workflows for maximum efficiency
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on content performance, team productivity, and project status
Content Types You'll Manage:
- Technical build-out videos and walkthroughs demonstrating our AI solutions, mostly on N8N.
- Talking head videos with scripts and animations explaining AI concepts
- Trend analysis and industry commentary videos
Requirements:
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of AI technology and industry trends
- Experience working with YouTube or other video platforms
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and drive quality improvements
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment
Nice to Have:
- Script writing experience
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for video content
- Experience with content management systems and project tracking tools
- Background in tech or AI-related content creation
