We are looking for an AI Content Producer – Video & Visual with a strong creative mindset and hands-on experience using AI tools for image and video creation. This role focuses on transforming hero content into high-impact, short-form assets tailored for multiple digital channels.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

Transform hero videos and core visual assets into short-form video clips and still images for defined channels (social, paid media, digital, etc.).
Generate, extend, and enhance visual content using AI-powered image and video tools.
Adapt content formats, durations, and aspect ratios per platform requirements.
Create multiple creative variations leveraging AI to maximize performance and reach.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs.
Collaborate closely with marketing, communication, and creative teams or agencies.

🛠️ Requirements

Proven experience in visual and video content production for digital platforms.
Hands-on knowledge of AI tools for image and video generation (e.g. Higgsfield, Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, etc.).
Ability to work with and manage your own AI tool stack.
Strong understanding of social media formats and content best practices.
Creative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to efficiently scale multiple assets from a single hero piece.
