I'm lost...Information Overload

Man, I never realized how fast the AI industry is moving. I am hitting my 40s and do not have the financially stability I could have had, if I didn't waste time and due to some personal events in my life. I hate to say it, but the truth is, I need to focus on paper chasing right now. I need funds and I need the capital to create a system that will allow me the space to learn and develop my skills further. So despite some videos suggesting not to focus on the money, I have to.

There is so much information out there, concerns of what the AI agents space will look like in the next year, how AI will change and become more accessible, I have anxiety about putting my heart and soul into a project just for it to be a waste of time or obsolete in the next few months.

I don't have more time to waste. I am getting older.

From your point of view, what is the best way to profit from this market right now. Agency work requires knowledge, same with consultancy and any other service based business. I would love to learn how to advertise and do affiliate marketing for now until I have the quiet space or a room to record tutorials about what I am learning. I feel like I am being pulled in every direction with all these free tutorials, I just want to work on something that will work in a quick span of time
