• Create a simple welcome doc or Notion page:

→ where to ask questions

STEP 2 – Automate Basics (Day 8–21)

• Use Make/Zapier to send WhatsApp messages instantly after form fill

• Set up an “Agent” that:

→ Reminds people before every live call

→ Sends replays automatically

→ Follows up if someone didn’t attend

This alone will save you 10+ hours/week.

STEP 3 – Build Momentum (Day 22–45)

• Ask where people are getting stuck

• Collect voice notes or quick surveys

• Set up a lead follow-up bot that checks in on them

• Use this data to improve your offers or upsells

What this gives you:

• A clean backend that runs on its own

• More engagement inside your community

• More time for sales, content, or rest

• Higher retention without more DMs
