Everyone is excited about AI agents saving time, automating workflows, and making businesses more efficient.

But here is the uncomfortable question:

What if the biggest risk is not that AI becomes evil, but that humans slowly give it too much authority?

First we let AI write.

Then we let AI analyse.

Then we let AI recommend.

Then we let AI decide.

At what point does automation become control?

This honestly concerns me, especially when I look at how fast AI has improved in just the last three years. The “ChatGPT moment” showed many of us how quickly a technology can move from interesting tool to something that changes how we think, work, learn, and make decisions.

So I’m curious to hear from AI builders here

Which decisions should always remain human, no matter how advanced AI becomes?

And how do we protect that line while AI keeps improving so fast?
