I spent 1 month learning. Made $0. Then changed ONE thing.
Watched every tutorial.
Read every guide.
Joined every community.
But my bank account? Still at zero.
I stopped learning and started asking. Instead of building "another practice workflow," I messaged 15 businesses on LinkedIn:
"𝐈 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐞 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲. 𝐖𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐞 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐚 𝟏𝟓-𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭?"
9 ignored me. 4 said no. 2 said "sure, why not?"
That "sure, why not?" turned into:
- 30-minute discovery call
- $800 project
- My first real client testimonial
- 1 referrals in the next month
The brutal truth nobody tells you:
You don't need to master n8n. You don't need another certification. You don't need the "perfect workflow template."
You need ONE conversation with ONE person who has ONE problem you can solve.
That's it.
