I replaced my $1300/month AI support chatbot for $0

This is pretty cool, I replaced my $1300/mo Intercom Fin AI support agent with this local private n8n AI agent team that costs $0, uses MCP for Stripe and Betterstack (logging), and also uses the new n8n "AI Agent Tool" node (thanks to Nate's recent tutorial!). For context, Intercom Fin AI agent charges $1 per resolution; it was nice to get up and running instantly and help me scale, but now way too expensive.

The first AI agent decides if a response is needed based on the conversation so far (e.g. if customer replies "thanks" this doesn't need a response).

Then, the AI agent router decides which AI Agent Tool (sub agent) should handle the request: General agent, Stripe billing agent, Technical agent with access to Betterstack logs (and in the future, will give it Write access to Supabase for specific fields). Surprisingly, for the General agent, I didn't have to setup RAG, I just gave chatgpt 4.1 a link to my help docs.

Final response is sent back to Intercom messenger via API.
