I have built a HR Automation using n8n.

Working:

- Fetches each pdf file from drive

- Performs OCR to extract text.

- Passes the text to an AI Agent that summarizes the resume in 3-5 sentences.

- Determines the candidate's best_fit_role, match_score (%), and the recommendation level

- Stores the results in google sheets.

How can I improve this, and what additional functionality should I add?
