How to Automatically Save and Rename Gmail Attachments in n8n by uploading Them to ChatGPT/Claude?

Hello everyone, I’m a beginner who just started learning n8n. Previously, I spent quite a bit of time exploring MAKE.com for automation tools. I have a somewhat simple question, but I couldn’t find any relevant learning materials online. I’m trying to create a workflow that automatically saves attachments from Gmail and renames them.

I can successfully trigger the workflow when a new email is received. However, I ran into a problem when I wanted to upload the file to ChatGPT or Claude for content verification and to obtain a suitable filename. I couldn’t find a suitable node in n8n that would let me upload a file. I’d like to ask fellow members of the community if anyone can provide some guidance. Thank you all!
