How I’m Selling AI Systems to Coaches Without Writing a Single Line of Code
Last week, I closed 2 AI system collab builds from inside Skool — even though I don’t code.
Here’s exactly what I did:
1. I documented 3 painful backend problems coaches face (replays, onboarding, monthly reports)
2. I mapped out the agent flows using tools like Make, Claude, and WhatsApp API
3. I wrote one Google Doc that explained the whole workflow like a product founder
4. I started pitching it as: "Let’s co-build this — you handle backend, I handle real-world deployment + clients"
The crazy part?
Coaches actually want this stuff — because they’re drowning in Zoom links, Telegram DMs, and group chaos.
If you’re a builder, but not sure what to build — solve *actual* operational problems. Talk to service providers. Study where time is wasted. Build for that.
If anyone wants to see the doc I used or collaborate on future agents — happy to share.
I’m here to co-build real AI systems — not content fluff.
Let’s go. ⚔️
