How I Used AI To Find Untapped Real Estate Leads

Just built a Bigger Pockets lead scraper for a home builder client that's pulling some serious results. The system targets specific towns and communities they're operating in, scrapes all posts and replies from those forums, then uses AI to analyze the conversations and identify people actively looking for home building services.

Everything gets formatted into a clean CSV with the lead's username, their specific need/comment, and a direct link to reach out. Instead of manually browsing forums hoping to stumble across opportunities, my client now gets a curated list of warm leads who've already expressed interest in exactly what they offer. This is just the beginning - I plan on expanding it to cover more regions and categories soon.
