How do you manage several clients accounts? [Resolved]
Hi everyone, hope you are doing great! So, how do you really manage all your clients accounts information or credentials in n8n? I mean, if I create an automation that reads Gmail mails and send the data to a Google Sheets, how do you set up this for lets say 100 different clients (accounts or emails)? We use to create and test any workflow using our own accounts credentials; but how do you then setup a clients gmail account to be active? How do you do this for 100 or 1000 different clients? These question extends to all scenarios where I now need to use my clients accounts. Do you have to create Credentials for and from every client account? All videos and info shows you how to do it ONLY with your accounts, but how about managing clients information and accounts from your own n8n account?
