How do i create those agentic ai that does specific task?

I've seen and heard alot about people setting up ai to perform certain task like an employee. How does one set this up?

Here's what I want to accomplish. I want to create an ai assistant where it will help me post products for sale. It will go into my google drive, download certain images and description based on the sku # given. Then it will go to vendoo.com and create a new listing, input all the required fields, upload the images/videos, and then post it to all the marketplaces for sale.
