How do I check if my agent works well?

Recently I created an AI Agent that listens to a conversation and creates real time responses side by side to help seller answer the sales objection question but I am not getting how to test it , I tested it in postman previously it was showing 200 ok but I want to make a conversation and see if It really works How am I supposed to do that , I need help (I have all the training data in it)
