I’m building a product that uses WhatsApp as a main channel, and honestly… I’m a bit stuck on the best way to deal with phone numbers. šŸ˜…
I see a few possible routes:
– letting each client use their own number
– giving clients a number from my side
– having some kind of shared pool
– or maybe there’s a smarter option I’m not seeing?
The problem is that WhatsApp onboarding through Meta can be pretty messy, so I’d love to hear how other founders are handling this in real life.
