Hiring Developer (Retell + n8n) — Build Human-Like AI Receptionists | Commission-Only (20%)

We build AI Voice Receptionists for local businesses (dentists, auto-details, HVAC, law firms, home services). The agent answers calls 24/7, handles FAQs, reschedules/cancels appointments, and pushes everything to the client’s calendar/CRM.

We’re hiring a Developer who can ship fast on Retell and n8n. This is commission-only: 20% of revenue on every closed high-ticket client (typical deals $3k–$8k per client).

You’ll own

Design + build human-like voice agents in Retell (prompting, tool-calls, function handlers, webhooks).
Orchestrations in n8n (APIs, webhooks, retries, error handling, logging).
Scheduling flows: create/reschedule/cancel, conflict checks, reminders, time-zone handling.
CRM/calendar integrations (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly, HubSpot/Pipedrive/GoHighLevel).
Call transcripts → notes → pipeline updates; after-hours and escalation logic.
QA: call simulations, edge cases, and analytics (answer rate, booking rate, no-show rate).

Must have

Proven builds with Retell and n8n.
Strong API skills (REST/GraphQL), auth (OAuth/API keys), webhooks, JSON.
Calendar + scheduling domain knowledge (reschedule/cancel edge cases, time zones, buffers).
Data hygiene, logging, and metrics mindset.

Nice to have

Experience with local SMB CRMs.

Compensation

Commission-only: 20% of collected revenue per closed client (deal size typically $3k–$8k).
Payouts tied to client payment; no base. Clear rev-share statement in the agreement.
