Help creating AI Persona?

Hi everyone, im trying to build my first project with AI. Basically i recently purchased a fitness influencers programme on twitter recently who i have been following for a long time and enjoy his content. He has also helped me get in my best shape yet.

I want him to be my first project, obviously i will do this for free.

I was thinking of creating him an AI persona, which speaks like him and have all of his information, so people can talk to it, conversate, ask for advice, and also ask it to build them a work out plan tailored to them.

He's quite busy and has said before his dms are always flooded, so i think an ai persona where users can interact and basically get everything straight away, all of his course material etc.

I am using n8n and trying to get good with it but really im just stuck.

Would anyone be able to give any advice on this? maybe point me in a direction where i can learn how to do this? thanks
