Help automate existing business processes

I'm exploring how to automate existing business processes in n8n using AI agents. These processes are currently performed by humans. I have two main questions:

Full vs. Semi-Automation: What factors should I consider when deciding whether to fully automate a process with an AI agent, or to use a semi-automated approach where an AI agent and a human collaborate?
Division of Labor (Semi-Automation): If I choose semi-automation, how do I determine which tasks should be assigned to the AI agent and which should remain the responsibility of the human?
