Hi friends. I am trying to build some custom workflows for my psychology practice. I need someone that 1. Has experience consulting and building custom workflows for business, health and wellness industries a plus. 2. is experienced in building workflows capable of handling PHI 3. Is innovative, collaborative, and willing to try hard things that haven't been done before for an industry that is archaic.

Portals for psychology exist: simple practice is one. However, I am wanting to connect my onboarding from my website to their forms. If possible.

Here are initial workflows that I need:

Front door: This workflow is designed to capture new clients, answer their initial questions, and guide them to the appropriate service, functioning 24/7 as your digital intake coordinator. Purpose: To convert website visitors into qualified leads and paying clients for a Tier 1 screening service.

Onboarding Portal: For clients moving forward with a comprehensive evaluation (Tier 2 or 3) or therapy, this workflow automates the entire administrative onboarding process, eliminating the typical friction of phone calls and paperwork.

AI-assissted report generation: This is my core internal workflow and most significant piece of proprietary technology, designed to dramatically increase my efficiency and capacity. will pull data from multiple source (online assessment portals and my notes). The llm will likely need to be self-hosted locally for HIPPA reasons
