First Client Help - Retell agent still mispronouncing “Regina” (need fix)

My Retell voice agent keeps pronouncing “Regina” wrong — it says “Re-gee-na” when it should be “Re-gy-na” (like China).

I’ve tried:

- Adding the correct pronunciation in the Retell pronunciation settings

- Putting the correct phonetic spelling directly into the prompt

- Using SSML, CMU phonemes, and IPA

- Testing multiple formats and voices

Nothing has worked consistently.

By the way, I’m using GPT-4.1. Has anyone found a reliable fix for this? Would really appreciate any tips.
