Falsy Data Error

Hey all. I am creating a workflow that take an intake_form and fills out 1 of 3 templates. The user selects one of the templates and then the switch should route it to make the correct copy. I having a problem in my switch where I getting a "The expression evaluated to a falsy value: a.ok(to)" error. Does anyone know how to fix this?
