Everyone's building AI agencies. Almost nobody's thinking about what comes after...
Most people building an AI agency are thinking about services. I'm thinking about the whole ecosystem.
Right now I'm deep in the build phase — connecting tools, constructing agentic workflows, wiring together MCP servers, and designing systems that operate with minimal daily input from me.
The technical side is real. It's complex. And honestly? It's one of the most exciting problems I've ever worked on.
But here's where it gets interesting...
The agency is only one layer.
What I'm building on the backend is something I don't see many people talking about — a way to make sure that the clients who want to work with me aren't stopped by capital.
No one should miss a game-changing opportunity just because the timing isn't right financially.
I'm leveraging 0% funding to build the agency itself — and that same philosophy is going to be baked into how my clients access it.
Build the solution. Fund the access. Remove the friction.
That's the model.
Here's what I want to know from you:
What's the biggest bottleneck you're running into right now — is it the tech, the capital, or the clarity on what to build first?
Drop your answer below.
I'm genuinely curious where people are getting stuck — because the answer changes everything about how I position what's coming.
