Thinking out loud about WhatsApp Cart Recovery for e-commerce stores…
Email abandoned cart flows are everywhere, but in India most customers don’t even open promotional emails.
WhatsApp, on the other hand, gets read almost instantly.
So I’m exploring building a simple system that:
• reminds shoppers about their cart on WhatsApp
• lets them reply with questions
• brings them back to checkout
Curious to hear from fellow automation builders or anyone working with e-commerce workflows::
