Hi everyone!!!
I'm Leo, a data analyst with PowerBi, python and SQL technical background, passionate about no-code tools to help small to medium sized companies improve efficiency.
I'm starting to work with n8n and just built my first AI Rag agent, but I have a question regarding the moment of selling to customers:
Are you building the workflow in the clients' local / docker server? Or are you building the workflow in the n8n cloud and then give the json schema to the client and maybe help the client set up some credentials etc?
I'm from Europe, so privacy and data regulation is an important thing here, so I would expect the client to ask for self-hosting. Do you offer a maintenance service in this case? Because from what I understand if you do self-hosting you build the workflow inside docker, inside the server, so in case something in the chain breaks you need to fix it.
I think n8n cloud is a much more robust option with less headaches. What is your opinion? Have you already faced the problems I listed?
I hope I have explained myself,
I would love to hear your opinion.
Thank you,
Leo
