Hi everyone! We want to start building a combined memory pool for a company so we can eventually use AI (like RAG agents) to draft letters, replies, and other communications automatically.
For now, let’s keep it very simple:
👉 Step one is to store all emails from all departments in one place.
👉 Later, the AI should be able to draft responses to new emails by learning from past ones.
For context, tools like Airtable are often used to store and organize data but what would be the best way to store and manage emails at scale?
Here are my key questions for the community:
- Data storage – What’s the simplest, most effective way to centralize and store emails?
- Tools/stack – Which platforms or frameworks would you recommend for building a company-wide RAG system on top of this?
Has anyone worked out such systems before? Highly appreciate your input on this.
