💥 Closed My First White-Label AI Agent Deal (Inbound!)
A month ago I posted here, 2nd semester student, part-time job, building my AI agency from scratch.
Now?
✅ Just closed my first ever paid client
✅ $1,500 setup + $500/mo ongoing
✅ All from a single inbound LinkedIn DM
Here’s what went down:
An AI agency founder messaged me asking if I could handle backend builds for his clients, white-label style. I said yes, of course.
He sent me the requirements. I delivered fast. He’s now charging his clients 3x, and I’m totally fine with that.
Why?
Because I’m in Pakistan. Our wages are low. But I know my value is global.
He signed the NDA, gave me tool access, and now I manage his full backend.
Whenever he gets a new client, I:
→ Charge a setup fee
→ Build the agent
→ My team handles ongoing support
Now:
- His frontend is smooth
- My backend is handled
- My team’s happy
- I’m happy
- His clients are happy
→ Win-Win-Win-Win
This is just the beginning.
