Choosing the Right Tool for AI Automation
Hey everyone! 👋
I’ve been diving deep into AI automation recently and have been exploring different tools to build workflows efficiently. One topic I keep seeing pop up in discussions is the choice between Make.com and n8n.
As someone who primarily uses Make.com, I’ve been loving the visual workflow builder, the wide range of integrations, and how quickly I can get things running. That said, I’m curious to understand other perspectives: many people in the community mention n8n as a more advanced or flexible option, and I’d love to hear what specifically makes it stand out to you.
I know every builder has their own workflow style and priorities, so there’s probably no “one size fits all.” But I think it’s helpful to share experiences and trade-offs, especially for those of us still learning the ropes and trying to decide where to focus our time.
So here’s my question to the community:
  • If you’ve used both, what’s the biggest difference you’ve noticed between Make.com and n8n?
  • If you had to recommend one to someone starting out or trying to grow quickly, which would it be and why?
  • Are there specific use cases where you think one clearly wins over the other?
I’d love to learn from your experiences and start a discussion here — I’m sure there’s a lot we can all take away from each other’s insights.
