Business Strategy Consultant & Systems Builder: Looking For A Partner

Hello everyone,

I've been a lurker in the group for some time and I've been learning a lot just watching this group over the last few weeks.

I will jump right into it.

I'm building a consulting business that is a hybrid of done-for-you and done-with-you services focused on service-based businesses, more specifically blue collar/home services doing multiple 6 and 7 figures per year and are having growth and scaling challenges.

I have created the skeleton framework of the offer in gamma and I will be looking to hire a professional designer to give it an elevated look and feel. I will be offering 4 core offerings.

Here's what I'm looking for... I am looking to partner up with someone who has the technological know-how about AI, automation, and systems.

My background over 20 years in business and entrepreneurship, including 13 years as a COO of a multi 7-figure family run business where I scaled and grew operations and were acquired in 2021.

I bring in the business knowledge, client acquisition, the strategy calls, 1on1s, etc and you are the AI wiz that helps solve their biggest bottlenecks.
