I just wrapped up an exciting project where I created a Task Management Bot using n8n automation. This bot integrates with Telegram and Supabase to make task handling smooth and efficient. Here's what it does:
- Add tasks with due dates using a simple chat.
- Mark tasks as complete (and now it even deletes them to keep the database clean).
- Sends email reminders for pending tasks due tomorrow.
- Retrieves tasks based on filters like "today" or "this week."
🔍 Project Workflows: This project consists of two workflows:
1️⃣ Task Management Workflow: Handles adding, updating, retrieving, and organizing tasks in Supa base.
2️⃣ Email Reminder Workflow: Sends task reminder emails for approaching due dates.
✨ What I Learned: This was my first time using n8n, and I loved how simple yet powerful it is for automation. From designing workflows to handling edge cases, I gained so much hands-on experience in AI automation and connecting tools like Telegram, Supa base, and Gmail.
