This is my first post here.
I'm created a little tool in Lovable to generate leads for my Ai agency.
The main screen is a form in which people can enter the URL of their company, and some areas in which they would like to use AI automation in their business (supply chain, sales, marketing, etc.).
When they submit the data, it calls a webhook to a flow in n8n that does the research and generate 10 ideas of things that they can do with AI and AI automation.
When the report is ready, the flow sends an email to the user with a link to the report (in HTML). It includes some CTAs as well.
All the data is tracked in Airtable. Each time a user opens a report, it increases the views count, so I can see who looks more interested.
I created a link to the report in which I pass /?nocount, so when I click on the link (from Airtable) to see a particular report it doesn't add to the count.
Once a form is submitted it takes the user to a different form, in which they can enter up to 3 emails (and names) of people they think could benefit from a similar report. Hoping to get more traction, will see. This other form call another webhook to send the emails.
In the images you can see how the form looks like, as well the email that is sent to the user, the response after sending the request (where the user can select to create another report or share with other people. I added images of the 2 workflows: One to generate the reports and another to send the email invites to people referred by other people.
As you can see the workflows are quite simple.
To get the info from the company website I use Scrapping Bee.
You can generate the report in any language.
Let me know what you think.
The main thing is to make people to use the tool. But I don't need to many people to show interest. With only a few I can get enough interest to get to a conversation. My current capacity is limited. I can work on 3 to 4 projects simultaneously. My typical project lasts 3 to 6 months and involves around 50 per month of my time. They are not the $2k to $5k projects.
