Building a Knowledge Base
I’m building a knowledge base for a relatively customer-specific SaaS, where most functions are still the same across clients. My content is scattered across training videos, FAQs, and role-specific workflows, making it hard to structure and reuse. I’m looking for an AI service that can deeply analyze the videos—understanding both visuals and narration—and automatically generate structured, role-aware knowledge base entries. Is there something like this on the Market?
