I’m assembling a team of automation experts, real estate disruptors, and low-code wizards to co-develop something big: a real-time, AI-powered real estate acquisition platform — built on N8N, styled like GTA6, and designed to help users secure deals while they sleep.

Imagine uploading a list of 1,000 off-market properties…Then, watching your AI agents go to work:

We're building this in N8N as the automation brain — and layering a beautiful SaaS UI on top with React + Tailwind.
🧠 What We’ve Built So Far
We already have:
- 📄 CSV Upload & Processing Agent (PropWire imports)
- 💸 Comp pulling & offer logic (mocked, APIs coming next)
- 🕵️♂️ A visual GTA6-style Command Center
- 🧠 Agent modules: Pipeline Scout, Underwriter, Offer Generator, Contract Specialist, Email Closer
- 🧃 “Black Market” Dispo Dashboard (for properties under contract)
🧱 What We’re Building Next
We’re wiring together the N8N workflows to power the backend:
- Upload → Clean → Analyze → Generate → Assign
- Use AI (Claude, GPT, Retell AI, ElevenLabs) for follow-up
- Connect Gmail + Supabase + PostgreSQL to create multi-user SaaS backend
- Deploy through Docker (already running local version)
And we need:
- 🧪 N8N Builders to help structure workflows
- 🧰 Devs to help build out API integrations (AirDNA, Rentometer, etc.)
- 🔐 UI/UX builders to polish mission flows
- 🎯 Testers & real estate users to simulate deal flow
