Been a little quiet here.
Not because I stopped building.
Actually the opposite 😅
Spent the last couple of weeks cleaning up a lot of things behind the scenes.
Less "trying every new AI tool."
More fixing the boring stuff:
- simplifying the offer
- rebuilding onboarding
- removing unnecessary steps
- making workflows harder to break
- Plus making a ton of improvements in my life
Nothing flashy enough to post every day.
But today I finally ran everything end-to-end without touching it once.
One form.
One workflow.
One clean output.
It's still far from finished, but it feels a lot more stable than it did a month ago.
Feels good to be back.
Back to documenting the messy parts again.
