Anthropic and US Gov't

One of my clients is asking all of their vendors how Anthropic models are utilized in our environment and against their data. I assume this is related to the dispute with the Department of Defense (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anthropic%E2%80%93United_States_Department_of_Defense_dispute). We use Claude code extensively throughout our business processes. How have others handled with type of request? The client is assuring me that usage isn't banned, but they may come back and require changes.
