Do any folks have a questionnaire (or a proven process they'd recommend) when working with new prospective clients as part of an AI consultation which can:
i) Understand the prospects business
ii) Help identify which AI solutions would benefit them most?
- Essentially a survey or structured list of questions for the client to answer as part of the initial sales process.
- Their responses can be used to help identify the best areas within their business to focus on with AI, ideally to get them the biggest uplift/ most wins.
Most companies don't really know upfront 😊
