I’ve been thinking a lot about what an AI-native business actually looks like.
Not “AI helping a human create content.”
I mean a system where:
• An idea goes in
• A digital product gets generated
• Platform-native content gets produced and distributed
• Performance data feeds back into the system
• Predefined rules decide what gets killed or scaled
A self-improving micro venture studio that continuously tests small digital businesses and allocates attention based on signal, not emotion.
The tools (agents, APIs, schedulers) are interchangeable.
The real asset is the logic layer — the rules that determine:
What to build next
What to double down on
What to shut down
I’m trying to think about this from first principles rather than stacking random automations together.
Curious how others here think about this — is anyone exploring something similar?
