AI Operating System DONE!!!! #AISOS

Just wrapped Nate's "Build Your AI OS" course and wanted to share what it turned into for my business, GM Productions (luxury wedding photo + video in South Florida). What started as a folder of context files is now a real operating system that runs itself. The video shows the structure: context on me and my business, a connections registry, a decisions log, references and a knowledge base, plus the skills I use to drive it. But the part I'm most proud of is what you can't see in the folders. There are now autonomous robots running in the cloud on GitHub Actions, laptop closed, basically free. One files my Zoom consult transcripts to SharePoint and updates a living brief for each couple. Another emails me the dashboard you see in the screenshot every morning at 6am: upcoming shoots, deliveries due, staffing gaps, and a 60-day calendar pulled live from my real systems. A heartbeat robot even watches the other robots and pings me if one gets stuck. The big mindset shift from the course was this: don't ask "how do I automate this," ask "how does this run without me in the loop at all." That one question changed everything. Thank you Nate and I love you! This is the foundation I'll be building on for years.
