Ai agent for personal trainers

Good afternoon, I'm looking for someone to help me create / guide me a little. To start, I'd like to know if there's a workflow that does something similar or where I can start.

I'm just starting out with agents so any help or ideas are welcome. I want to make an AI agent for personal trainers. The idea is to be able to register students (name, email, height, weight...) in Airtable for example. Then the trainer, if he has already registered that user, can generate a training routine, follow-up or a nutrition plan. Thanks!
