Ad Creative Ideas / Reference

Whats up guys! Testing out my first ad campaign. My client wants to start really small and low budget, which I'm fine with at the moment, because of upsell value. He wants to run 1 creative only on a low budget to see. I'm not guaranteeing him or expecting much results at all. However I would love to get some ideas and feedback on the type of creative I should run with for him.

Its a gym, but we're promoting his red light therapy service. Its a franchise so we have to clearly establish which location to not confuse customers. Also, do not want to invest too much into this since it is so low budget and he's not offering me much at the moment.
