I woke up today with a nasty hangover. But it wasn't from alcohol.
This past weekend we hosted AIS Live: Build Your AI OS. And it was too much fun 🤣
It was two full days with thousands of our community members, speakers, panels, breakout rooms, networking, and live builds.
I broke down my Four Cs framework for building an AI operating system: context, connections, capabilities, and cadence.
That's what it takes to build a personal agent system and a team system that feels like a co-founder working while you sleep, instead of an assistant you talk to every once in a while.
A few sessions I want to call out:
→ Cole Medin and Sabrina Ramonov both ran amazing sessions
→ Kacper Rutkiewicz and I brought a community member up on stage and helped her design her very first AI operating system live
→ Dave Ebbelaar, Jack Roberts, and Jannis Moore shared what we're building with Glaido
→ Duy Nguyen, Ron Nedd, and Tanya Zorov, who are going through our certification program right now, shared what they're building for real clients
→ Devin Kearns closed out the whole event with his featured keynote
My entire team also got up and broke down how we run a $400k+/mo business with AI:
→ Jon Morrow on operations and marketing
→ Aidan Stanik and Kodi Zene on creative
→ Pat Blakely and Russ Henneberry on the certification program
→ Meghan Cox on funnels
→ Jenn Van Wagner on recruiting
→ Ednan Abdullayev on evals
→ Mustafa Tawfiq and Dominic Ibarra on customer support
And Anne-Marie Enns somehow made a virtual event feel like everyone was in the same room together.
Yash Chauhan and Usman Mohammed spotlighted community members building amazing things, including Eshara Kohli, Michael Wacht, and Nicole Jolie.
Thank you to all of our other wonderful speakers: Quinn Leng, Christina Bowllan, Oak Latt, Sean Zinsmeister, Kamya Marwah, Sam Warach, Jillian Wolf, Tarja Stephens, Sania Khan, Samin Yasar, Katya Dominguez, and Laura Zavelson.
Thank you to everyone who attended!
Thank you to our sponsors Kylon, Fish Audio, and Glaido!
I've had some pretty bad things happen to me in my life, like we all have, but I think it's really important to reflect on weekends like this and remember how lucky you are.
I've got the best team in the world.
We'll see you all in person in June!
