11Labs through API sounds weird

There's something that I can't seem to solve. Maybe someone knows:

I use elevenlabs voices in some of my workflows. For Dutch voices, when I use the 11L UI, I get perfect Dutch and it all works fine, but when I approach the same voice through the API with n8n, I get a weird garbled result. The voice is the same, but it seems to have a forced English accent, so it makes it completely useless. I have all settings exactly the same, use the same text and voiceid. I tried with all 11L models, including v2.5 in which you can set the language to nl, but all have the same result. A friend tested the same thing in his n8n set up and gets the same result as I do.

Any idea where I might look for a solution?
