Slack enquiry missing name and email.
Hi there, We are a few steps away for creating a RAG chatbot that we want to deploy to a website. The goal is that if a customer wants to get redirected to a real human, it should automatically create a slack message to the business, so they can take it from there. However, we have trouble in transferring both the customer name and their email. The chatbot always starts off with "Please give me your email and name", before it does anything else. How can we create this effectively? I have linked a screenshot to our current workflow. We get the message in slack, but it keeps missing the email and name. We do get the sessionID I don't know if our issue is with airtable, or something else?
