Step 1 - Capture every reply instantly
Inside Instantly, I connected a V2 webhook → n8n
• Create a webhook node in n8n
• Copy the webhook URL
• Paste it in Instantly → Settings → Integrations → Webhooks
• Trigger = New Reply
Now every reply hits your automation in real-time.
Step 2 - Let AI qualify the lead for you
N8N allows you to create AI Agents which will automatically:
- Research the lead using Perplexity AI (pulls company info, LinkedIn, recent news)
- Categorize the reply (interested, soft no, hard no, or custom paths)
Step 3 - Generate the perfect reply using OpenAI and a knowledge base
The AI Agent generates a response using:
• your knowledge base (FAQs, objections, past replies)
• your tone of voice
• context from the conversation
I store every KB work in Supabase.
End result → a fully personalized reply ready to send.
Step 4 - Human checkpoint (10 seconds max)
Instead of sending blindly, it drops into Notion with:
- Lead info & conversation summary
- AI-generated reply (fully formatted with hyperlinks)
- One-click approval buttons (Good, Skip, Send Revised)
