Over deliver for your clients 🫵
You know that saying.. under promise and over deliver. There’s some truth to that. There needs to be some level of agreement between you and your client based on scope of work, payment, etc. 🤝 I treat my client relations as a partnership instead of a delivered service. You want to make sure you do everything in your power to help your client achieve their goal when they work with you. I do this by putting in more work, explaining in detail what is being worked on, giving realistic expectations and going above and beyond that. 📱 When you work with me, you have contact through email and 24/7 connection through WhatsApp. Daily, weekly, monthly updates. Don’t make your client forget about you and the work you’re doing behind the scenes. I know there is a limit to how much you can handle, but for most people this is a way to go about it to get ahead. No matter what I’m checking in with my clients daily, and going above and beyond with the work I’m putting in. 💎 Don’t feel so entitled that you stop putting in work exactly as the terms were agreed upon. Add so much value that your client feels like they’re losing if they leave, and if they go anywhere else they’ll realize that fast . ⏰ Here’s my current schedule: (Monday - Friday) Work 7 am - 10 pm Saturday: 5 hours of work Sunday: Rest and family 1 hour for gym 5 days a week (I count this as a working hour), as it benefits the rest of your work. MAX ENERGY 💪 **That’s 80 hours a week of work.** I’m not saying you have to do this, but I want to lay it out for you to contemplate. I don’t complain because this is what I chose, and how I’m wired because I want to succeed. Do extra for your clients, and yourself. To get the results you deserve.
