It’s now booking the appointments for the exact time my device says it is , can you please help me fix this?

Hey would you be able to help me out, I pretty much have everything working correctly except it isn’t checking availability correctly , it’s saying that a slot for 9 am on a specific date is available when it’s booked already, PLEASE HELP!!! Haha
