What I’d Build First If I Were Starting Over on January 1st
If I wiped everything and had to start from zero again, I wouldn’t:
- run ads
- build funnels
- pitch clients
- learn every AI tool
I’d build one thing.
A clone that could:
- write in my voice
- turn ideas into content
- stay consistent without motivation
Because once you have that:
- distribution gets easier
- performance offers become possible
- confidence shows up fast
Most people try to earn before they build leverage.
That’s why they stall.
The right order is:
- Skill
- System
- Performance
- Scale
